Fast, faster, Panika. After Friedemann’s cancellation and our call, they crossed the finish line first by a large margin. We probably don’t need much of an introduction. Popular hits such as \u2018Berlin du stinkst\u2019, \u2018Monotonie\u2019 and of course the title alone, \u2018Zu wahr, um sch\u00f6n zu sein\u2019, speak for themselves. Having shrunk to a trio, we are curious to see how they will now bring their trademark sound to the stage.<\/p>\n

In the finest Wedding dot tradition, it will definitely be loud, scratchy and good-humoured with catchy melodies.<\/p>\n

From Wight, who once started out in doom metal with sinister, darkly glowing melancholy, there are pig organ sounds from the 60s, the fattest guitar riffs from the 70s and a pinch of stoner rock from the present day and it would be a big mistake not to stop, listen and be amazed. In addition, there are synth plumes that even Pete Townshend couldn\u2019t have pulled off better, grooves that scream for the dance floor and funky basslines that go straight to the underbelly. With great joy of playing and just as much skill, an irresistible, decidedly festival-ready concoction is presented here.<\/p>\n

Me, my guitar, a few sound gimmicks, a little rhythm and lots of weird ideas. I tell stories about my life and the lives of the many people I have met and accompanied. I sing about different paths to happiness, about getting lost in the dark, about resurrection and passing away. Of the cycle of being.<\/p>\n

Niesamowita Sprawa began a few years ago as a spontaneous street duo in Poznan, performing Iskra\u2019s original songs at markets and promenades. The unexpected success with random passers-by quickly led to performances in pubs and local festivals. Motivated by this response, the line-up gradually developed into a quintet with double bass, acoustic guitar, mandolin, violin and drums. Their live performances are a shared experience where the audience shapes the concert.<\/p>\n

The repetitiveness of krautrock, without the weirdness, but with the deeper riffs of stoner rock and the hooks of hard rock. On top of that, there are instrumental passages that sometimes push the songs over the 8-minute mark. This correlates well with the name of the combo, which is definitely one of the top 3 in the \u201clength\u201d category that have played concerts here. The quartet from Leipzig, who have been playing together for a good four years, have collected more reference points than an average record collection usually has to offer. This will be exciting.<\/p>\n

ANEMJA, founded in the 2000s, combines rock, punk and metal to create a powerful sound. With intense guitar riffs and strong vocals, their songs address inner conflicts and social challenges. Several albums and singles have earned ANEMJA positive reviews. Their energetic live performances are known for their intensity. Through regular appearances and collaborations, the band has established a firm place in the Polish music scene and built up a loyal fan base.<\/p>\n

From the east of Berlin. Whether there are biographical references to individual members in the name is unfortunately not known. They play Berlin corner pub punk rock in the bad-tempered version, often with equally bad-tempered vocals. The keyboard is untypical of the genre, sometimes contributing sympathetic embellishments in the form of individual dabs, but also serving as a melody carrier and guitar solo substitute with flat sounds. In the choruses, often with a fat guitar and cozy dark choirs, we have a real punk wonder bag as a guest.<\/p>\n
