Fort Gorgast is located in the Oderbruch, between the villages of Manschnow and Gorgast on the federal road B1 (map).
Getting there by car: From Berlin take the B1 and drive straight towards Küstrin/Kietz.
At the traffic lights in Manschnow turn left, after 250m left again and you’ll be there.
There is no admission to join the festival but to use the parking lot, you need to pay a one-time parking fee of 20 euros per car and 8 euros per motor bike.
So it is worthwhile to go by train or to share rides in carpools. (also for ecological reasons)!
Getting there by train: From Berlin Lichtenberg station use the “Oderland“ train towards Kostrzyn, get off in Gorgast, turn left and follow the main street. The walk takes about 5 minutes. On the right side of the road you will find the way directly to the fort. The whole journey from Berlin takes about 70 minutes (timetable).
